The easiest of these steps for me is to accept the responsibility for my own learning. You get out of it what you put into it. Clearly, the presentation/lesson can facilitate the learning, but in the end, it is the receiver of the information that is responsible for storing and using that knowledge.
The hardest step for me is to view problems as challenges. I envy those people who can see beyond the problem to the learning challenge they have been confronted with. I have always had a hard time looking beyond, or around the problem.
