You get out of it what you put into it.  Clearly, the presentation/lesson can facilitate the learning, but in the end, it is the receiver of the information that is responsible for storing and using that knowledge.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The hardest step for me is to view problems as challenges.  I envy those people who can see beyond the problem to the learning challenge they have been confronted with.
